Herniated intervertebral disk: The lower back pain from herniated intervertebral disk is more likely from physical threats like playing sports, lifting too heavy objects, or small physical accidents. However, it's quite rare to happen which is counted as only 2% of all causes of the lower pain.

Lumbar spinal stenosis: The lower back pain from the lumbar spinal stenosis is directly from the spines. Sometimes, when you bend or turn around in the sudden, the spines go in the wrong direction which causes the sudden pain in your lower back. And sometimes. it can be worth if it pushes on nerves.

Infected tissues or bones at the lower back: In this case, it's really rare to happen like only 0.01% of all causes of lower back pain will come from infection at tissues or bones at the lower back. But again it can happen.

Autoimmune disease: The lower back pain from autoimmune disease is also really rare to happen like 0.3% of all causes of the lower back pain will come from this. This usually happens when your body receives something strange or something it's not familiar with then your body takes it in your bones.

Spine cancer: Spine cancer might sound common as we've heard a lot about it. But in fact, it's really rare again that the lower back pain will come from spine cancer like only 0.7%. There is cancer, but no pain.

The symptoms are divided into 2 groups 


1.The normal symptoms
• There will be pain around the spine at the lower back or the whole back.
• There will be pain from the lower back down to one leg, usually, the only leg will get affected.
• The pain that you can not even bend over.

2. The symptoms that once it happens, you need to go see the doctor as soon as possible, within 1-2 days.

• Pain during the night that it will not go away even though you lay down and rest a little bit.
